  1. How do I place an order?
    Simply browse our products, add your desired items to your shopping cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Please follow the on-screen prompts to enter your shipping information and complete your payment.

    All orders qualify for free standard shipping; there are no additional shipping charges.
  4. How long does delivery take?
    Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 7 and 15 business days.

    Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email address. You can use this number to check the delivery status of your order.
  6. What should I do if the plates I receive are damaged?
    If you receive items that are damaged or have quality defects, please contact us via email at service@myplate.us within 7 days of receipt, including photos of the items. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or a refund.
  7. Can I return or exchange items?
    You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items, provided that the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Unless the items themselves have quality defects, the cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer.
  8. Can I cancel my order?
    You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
  9. Are your plates safe for food use?
    Yes, all of our plates are designed for everyday dining; they are made from safe materials and are suitable for direct contact with food.
  10. How should I clean these plates?
    Most of our plates are very easy to clean. We recommend hand washing or using the “Delicate Cycle” setting on your dishwasher to keep the plates in their best condition.
